2. Meditation ka Time

3. Meditation ki Position

Position ka bhi meditation me jyada effect nahi hota hai. Purane time se ak myth chlta aa rha hai ki meditation ke liye ap padma-vashta me rhna hi important hai. But asa bilkul bhi nahi hai, kyoki bhut se logo ke liye is position me bethna comfortable nahi hoga.

Isliye mai apko recommend kruaga ki ap kisi bhi position me meditaion kar sakte ho, jo position apke liye comfortable hai wo position hi best hogi. Ap chair ya bed par bethkar bhi meditation kar sakte ho, yaha tak ki lete-lete bhi bhut acha meditation hota hai.

4. Remove Negative Thoughts 

Jab ap meditation kar rahe hote hai to apko apne mind se sabi negative thoughts ko bahar kar dena chahiye. Jab apko mind bilkul blank hoga tab ap meditation bhut hi ache way se kar paoge. Isliye jitna ho sake utna apne mind ko negative thoughts se dur rakhne ki kosis kre.
